Burnt pizzas salt under the pizza so as not to burn them raw sauce !!!! First and last time

The pizzas and the limoncello cocktail are tasty. However, the brunette waitress did not be annoyed to flirt with my man in front of me. When we asked for taking away the pizza s left over, she became crazy and throw it almost to my face, packed on aluminium paper!! So nice! Maybe, they get used to bring rest of food in their handbag, without packing it...but I am not a dog! Anyway...

I understand, of course, that gastronomy is not having an easy time at the moment. However, I think € 5.50 for a mulled wine to-go is simply excessive. Especially since the price wasn't written anywhere.

Juhuuu! Reopened despite lockdown :) Food is very good as always and the pick-up pizza was super quick. Can always be recommended.

It used to be our favorite bar, but the owner must have changed. Since then it's gotten horrible. The last time we made a reservation and were directly present after opening, the bartender who was sitting at the bar first demonstratively hit his chair against the wad and looked at you crookedly. This is how you can be received unwelcome. But the hammer is still to come. After we ordered a whiskey for 30 € in the course of the evening, we were served it and told that we had to leave soon. Only 2 hours would be planned. Thanks for nothing for now! And then we should sit down from a table of four to one of two tables to have a drink there so that three other people can sit down at our tables. The waitress asked us wrongly that we should do it quickly. If the bill of the guests is in the three-digit range, you should know how to behave. We will no longer enter the shop because the price - performance is definitely no longer right!

Very cool furnishings - a bit of industrial chic. Service was friendly. The food was prepared relatively quickly. The truffle pasta was delicious. The menu is manageable with a few pizzas (also two vegan options), salad, pasta and a few desserts. A reservation is recommended.

Filthy shop! I would love to give zero stars, but unfortunately 1 is the least ... Delivery service under all sow, ordered Saturday evening at nine o'clock. Allegedly 60 minutes delivery time, 1.5 hours later we were put off that a driver had canceled, two hours after the order it was said that the driver is now on the way, 2.5 hours later the delivery was canceled (from the restaurant). Thanks for nothing.

I was there yesterday and everything was great, service, food and drinks. Only the bartender was pretty unsympathetic and yelled at the service. Otherwise keep going!

The pizza was delicious. Unfortunately we were more or less "kicked out" or there were six of us and we made a reservation. During the 2nd drink round we were told without any warning that we had to go now and we were just given the bill (without asking whether we wanted to pay separately or together). In addition, two of us got the wrong pizza packed, which is a shame. So I won't come back in the future.

Very pleasant little place, I sat down outside, it's a very cute street. I went for 2 small dishes because I wasn't that hungry after breakfast - the vitello tonnato was great, and the burrata on red beet was nice too, though pretty much a few bites, so good I had two... Friendly waitress, good vibes.

Great Pizza, Tiramisu, and Cocktails!

Very tasty pizza. A little more expensive but worth it. Nice location but a bit too dark for me. More like a bar feeling. Therefore a star deduction but definitely a visit. Service was ok.

Great pizza and lovely staff

Ordered something to eat online, received an order confirmation by email and paid for it. After over an hour I tried to reach someone by phone, which wasn't that easy either. After several attempts, someone finally answered it, allegedly the order was not received and now it is too late, now nothing more. Thank you for nothing. Friendliness equal to zero, at least I hope that I get my money back.

Nice Resto-Bar, with good music, and hearty personal.

Were because of the cocktails because we sat at the bar at the beginning, where it was easy, so we were allowed to change to a table. After we wanted to order cocktails there, the waitress said we should go back to the bar, as they "earn more with other guests". It's a shame, the cocktails were good but the service was rather outrageous.

In itself a great concept, but the Italian Shot seems to have a hard time implementing it. Often times you get a charred pizza with an incomplete topping or a salad without dressing. Furthermore, the service is nice, but generally overloaded. The price-performance ratio is by no means right compared to other Italians in Munich. Prior to the review, the management was made aware of this by email, which, however, responded with a prefabricated and indifferent response.

Very good pizza, tastes really good. . Was there twice now and always only one service, which leads to waiting times. Maybe hire another one at peak times and it can only get better.

5 pizzas ordered and paid for online. Called after waiting 70 minutes. Just cheeky information that the order is not to be found and hung up. Why do you treat customers so cheekily on a friendly request? Really incomprehensible.

Good cocktails, tasty pizzas, nice music (hip hop), cool setting and friendly service.

We made reservations and were thrown out after 1 1/2 hours because the reservation only lasted as long. However, this was not mentioned in the reservation email, as the waitress meant. Food delicious but you feel through the main thing is sales! Too bad I'm not coming anymore.

Unfortunately less recommendable. The food is okay, but some ingredients were missing from the salad, for which the waitress apologized and promised a dessert, which we never received. The prices are average. In addition, the music was clearly too loud, so that communication at the table was difficult.

The pizza is very tasty! I recommend it. Waiting times and service was a bit chaotic, I imagine because of reopening after COVID-19 situation. Would suggest to make a reservation.

I spontaneously went to the Italian Shot tonight with a colleague. First there was a salad for him and afterwards we both had a pizza. At 6:30 p.m. we could get a table for two without a reservation, but half an hour later the shop was full, so better reserve! The waitresses were very nice and attentive. The drinks (homemade iced tea) were delicious and not too expensive. The pizzas were a bit long in coming, but they were all the better for that. I have rarely eaten such a perfect, wafer-thin Italian pizza. Great praise! Urgent recommendation. Unfortunately I don't live in Munich. But even as a Frankfurter, I will probably have to go back again to enjoy another pizza here! :)

Nice atmosphere, finally a place which accepts you without a reservation. At least they are trying. Tasty pizza!

Traditional Italian pizzas with beautiful bases. The bases were thin which meant the flavours of the toppings could shine. My only downside was that the oil on top of the pizza was a bit much. Good selection of cocktails on the drinks menu and beer. Nice romantic vibe in the restaurant as the lighting is quite dark.

Great service and drinks

Visualise this. It’s Sunday and around 18.00. You are slightly hungry and want to grab some food before going to cinema. You see this place which kind of looks above average, let’s say hip and leaning towards upscale, but not really (pretentious is the word). There are tables occupied on the street and these few next to the window. Absolutely all tables in the dining hall are free. You ask for a table for 1 and uncompromisingly you’re commanded to sit at the bar. You have doubts that all tables are reserved in a span of the nearest 30-60min (spoiler: it turns out to be true!), but you are not even able to ask it ‘cause the waiter is running around so your question falls on the deaf ears. So you obediently sit at the bar. You are given the menu and while browsing through it you observe the following scene: several people walk in without reservation and are seated (3 or 4 tables if I’m not mistaken). You start getting slightly annoyed and wondering, whether you were unworthy to sit at the table, whether it was your outfit (You wear Marni and mix of Scandinavian niche designers, you must admit not everyone has such an exquisite taste). At this point you already know that the tip will be less than 10% percent (usually, you're a guest who if pleased leaves at least 15-20%). You order your food and aperitivo. You wait for the last one, i.e. Franciacorta, more than 5min to arrive and that only fuels up your irritation. Finally the waiter brings your entry dish - Vitello Tonnato, and puts it not in front if you but somewhere on the right that you have to reach for it. You finished with it. The waiter comes, takes the dirty fork from a plate and puts back on a napkin!!! DIRTY FORK!!! At this moment you are so startled, shocked, you name it, that you only this is circulating in your head: ЭТО Б…Ь ЧТО ЗА Н…Й! *[eto blyad’ shto za nakhuy]. Right now you are totally certain that this is 0% tip. You are done with pizza and order Limoncello. You ask for the bill and pay, no tip (what for?!). Later you notice in the bill that the sum(Summe Verkäufe) and Total differs by several euros, which you hope was for Limoncello, since you didn’t intend to leave any gratitude whatsoever. It’s 18:53, you leave the place and most of the tables are still free! Très bien! (pun intended). Synopsis: you rate this place with 1 star only because the food was decent but overall experience was dreadful, you were forced to inconvenience of sitting at the bar which equals to offence and all the hospitality standards were drastically violated. NOT RECOMMENDED, unless you’re used to low service standards.

Great pizza and great "Italian shot" at the end of the evening. Only 4 cause my pizza was like 14€.

Food was good and the atmosphere is lovely. However this place didn't stand out compared to others on the same street.

I ordered Lasagna which was very cold and not fresh. Even their ice tea and lemonade was not good in taste. They were too sweet.

The food is amazing! Maybe a bit to expensive but if you want the best antipasti or pizza in town I do recommend this place! A busy Saturday evening our tab was confused with another customer and if we hadn’t seen it we’d paid to much. This is of course not good but the staff is kind and service minded.
